Tech Packages

Below is a list of our tech packages for the Heritage Center for the Performing Arts.

Basic Tech Package - $150

Basic Tech Package - $150

Included in Rental Agreement

Time – Four (4) hours total
Load-in (1 hour)
Performance (2 hours)
Strike/load-out (1 hour)
Lighting – Preset lighting options will be available, accessible through backstage panel
Your own staff is required to change presets during the event if desired.
*Any special requests must be submitted to Technical Supervisor two weeks prior, and may warrant additional fees.
Sound – 1 wireless hand-held microphone
Staging – Basic needs will be provided
Podium and/or microphone stand
One six-foot table
Red curtain will be closed for any events using area downstage of proscenium
Full-stage curtain black curtain for events upstage of proscenium
Media – N/A
Staff – 1 semi-professional staff member to oversee space usage

Upgraded Tech Package - $400

Upgraded Tech Package - $400

Included in Rental Agreement

Time – Four (4) hours total
Load-in (1 hour)
Performance (2 hours)
Strike/load-out (1 hour)
Lighting – Location of ques must be to the Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
2-4 lighting looks – executed by technician in lighting booth
Basic general wash covering stage
Focused lights on podium, presenter, table, etc.
House lights (audience lights)
Sound – Details must be to the Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
2 wireless hand-held microphones
CD player/headphone jack connected to main sound system
Staging – Details must be to the Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
Podium and/or microphone stand
One six-foot table
Red curtain will be closed for any events using area downstage of proscenium
Full-stage curtain black curtain for events upstage of proscenium
Up to 25 black, straight-backed chairs and 15 music stands
Media – Details must be to Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
Projector and projection screen
Staff – 1 professional tech staff member and 1 semi-professional staff member

 

Advanced Tech Package - $650

Advanced Tech Package - $650

Included in Rental Agreement

Time – Four (4) hours total
Load-in (1 hour)
Performance (2 hours)
Strike/load-out (1 hour)
If additional time is needed, such as rehearsals or extended event time, a fee of $200 will be applied for every 1 to 4 hour block of time.
Lighting – Details must be to the Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
House lights (audience lights)
5+ lighting looks-executed by technician in lighting booth
General wash covering stage, extensions from audience to stage, specials in balcony, etc.
Color lights on backdrop curtain
Gobo lighting and other effect lighting (moving lights)
Sound – Details must be to the Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
2+ wireless hand-held microphones
Up to 2 wireless body/label microphones
Up to 2 table microphones
Sound reinforcement for instruments (microphones, amps, monitors)
CD player/headphone jack connected to main sound system
Staging – Details must be to the Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
Podium and/or microphone stand
Choir platforms
Up to eight 4″ x 8″ staging platforms
Red curtain will be closed for any events using area downstage of proscenium
Full stage curtain black curtain for events upstage of proscenium
Up to 25 black, straight-backed chairs and 15 music stands
If marley dance floor is needed, an additional fee of $50 will be applied
Media – Details must be to Technical Supervisor two weeks prior
Projector and projection screen
Staff – 1-2 professional tech staff members and 1-2 semi-professional staff members
