Marissa Cook

Marissa Cook is an art educator and mixed media artist whose practice incorporates drawing, painting, and printmaking techniques. An interest in storytelling and systems that construct meaning informs her practice, which investigates cycles of loss and regrowth. Her work has been shown regionally and she has illustrated two children’s books, published in 2017 and 2020.
