Mark your calendars! Here are the important dates for move in, move out, and housing selection:
Residence Hall Move-in/Closing Dates

Fall Break — housing remains open |
| Tuesday, November 26, 2024 | Housing closes for Thanksgiving break at 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, December 1, 2024 | Housing re-opens at noon |
| Friday, December 6, 2024 | Housing closes for winter recess at 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, January 5, 2025 | Housing re-opens for winter semester at noon |
| Friday, February 21, 2025 | Housing closes for winter break at 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, March 2, 2025 | Housing re-opens at noon |
| Friday, April 18, 2025 | Housing closes at 5:00 p.m. for residents not participating in commencement |
| Saturday, April 19, 2025 | Housing closes at 5:00 p.m. for all students |
| Saturday, April 26, 2025 | Housing re-opens at noon for Spring Term |
| Thursday, May 22, 2025 | Housing closes at 5:00 p.m. due to Highland Festival. No exceptions. |
*Students are expected to leave campus on these dates because residence halls are closed. You may leave your belongings in your room during breaks, but must move out all belongings at the end of the year.

| Monday, May 10, 2024 | Graduate program housing forms due |
| Thursday, May 30, 2024 | New transfer student roommate selection opens |
| Tuesday, June 4, 2024 | New first-year student room self-selection opens |
| Friday, June 14, 2024 | New first-year student room self-selection closes |
| Tuesday, June 25, 2024 | New transfer student room self-selection opens |
