What You Need to Know
Pharmacists can be found in hospitals, in health care systems, in retail settings, in the pharmaceutical industry, in long-term care facilities, and in academics. Pharmacy is a flexible field with the ability to move between different positions in different arenas and different geographical areas. Alma College has an articulation agreement with Ferris State University College of Pharmacy that reserves five seats in Ferris State’s Doctor of Pharmacy program each application cycle. The application service for pharmacy schools (PharmCAS) opens the application cycle in July of each year.
