Diversity and Inclusion Office
Our Alma family is a lot like our tartan.
Each person is a valued thread, creating a tapestry of backgrounds and perspectives. We actively recognize and eliminate barriers, ensuring equitable access to opportunities through education and advocacy. In our diverse campus and world, we pledge to foster a climate where everyone can grow intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally in a safe and free environment.
Through Title IX, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion works to increase representation of women and marginalized groups in leadership roles, supporting the development of intersectional identities. By enforcing the provisions of Title IX, this office plays a critical part in cultivating a culture of equity, fairness, and respect across campus, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed regardless of their identity.
