SUMMARY:

The Communication Department at Alma College invites applications for an Instructor position in Marketing Communication beginning August 2023 for the 2023-2024 academic year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Ph.D. or ABD in Communication is preferred. The program would consider
an M.A./M.S. with relevant teaching experience. Applicants should enjoy teaching and demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education.

TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful applicant will teach core courses in the Communication major in person during our 14-week Fall and Winter semesters in the 2023-2024 academic year. Teaching responsibilities will include a 3/3 load that may include Introduction to PR, Social Media, and Research Methods.
