Studies have shown that viewing art can improve an individual’s level of focus and overall health and wellness. The Flora Kirsch Beck Art Gallery provides students, staff and faculty of Alma College, as well as the greater community, reflection and contemplation in an artistic setting.

The Flora Kirsch Beck Gallery is the sole professional art gallery in Gratiot County. It typically hosts several exhibitions and special events every academic year, all with closing receptions that include opportunities for interaction with the artists whose work is being displayed. All exhibitions and receptions are free to attend.
